Wallace Church + AIGA XCD: Everyday Global Branding

Wednesday, July 9, 2008 6 - 8 p.m. AIGA National Design Center New York, New York

In a global marketplace, designing relevant visual communication is critical. AIGA's Center for Cross-Cultural Design (AIGA XCD) explores the beauty and tension generated when culture meets commerce in various international settings.

As part of AIGA XCD's dialogue on design and culture, Rob Wallace, Managing Partner of Wallace Church, Inc. will share more than 20 years of expertise in global brand strategy and his ideas about the effectiveness of multinational design programs. Rob Wallace is skilled in his ability to synthesise brand identity strategy and design to create brand experiences that drive consumer purchase behavior. The dialogue will focus on the research behind the Gillette Mach 3 and Venus razor brands, reviewing the process from product development to targeted advertising.
