About the Event

Please join AIGA Nashville on Wednesday, February 6th from 6:30 PM- 9PM for a family-friendly evening with award-winning designer, letterer, and illustrator, Jessica Hische for the launch of her debut picture book!

This uplifting and positive book encourages kids to promise that tomorrow, they will try new things, do their best, and be brave. At this event, Jessica will speak about what inspired her to write and illustrate her own children's book and sign books for fans. Parnassus Books will be providing books for purchase on site.  

About Jessica Hische

Jessica Hische grew up in Pennsylvania and cut her creative teeth in New York. She currently lives in San Francisco, where she works as a letterer, illustrator, type designer, and relentless procrastiworker. Clients include Wes Anderson, Dave Eggers, The New York Times, Tiffany & Co., OXFAM America, McSweeney's, American Express, Target, Victoria's Secret, Chronicle Books, Nike, and Samsung.
